friday funfest

matt and i had a leisurely morning being lazy yesterday, then got dressed in our warm weather gear, got an early lunch, and took a long bike ride along the charles river (to the BU bridge and back through parks and things). then we settled down next to the weeks bridge with our country music on the inMotion, a fishing pole, and my new phone. it was so delightful. even though we didn't catch any fish. we had the bright idea also to bring two blankets this time for more square footage to lay on (guess who takes up more space??). hahah. as we were leaving we saw this gorgeous little purple&white tulip ... or rather, matt saw it and i oohed-and-ahhed over it. then i went to work, and matt went to practice. in the evening there was dinner, how i met your mother, survival of the richest, and felipe's. what a great day. =)
